The eastern ridge of the farm overlooks the Kenilworth valley, across to Eumundi and beyond to Mt Coolum and the ocean. It is where we return to rest and write. This is the place where we camped together in an old green canvas tent one Christmas when we came to visit our parents, never knowing where it would lead.

This song connects our individual selves. We are of one mind when it comes to this place, out on the ridge, under the pines. It is our sacred site.
